Character Creation Template

There are 5 races in Alagaësia that you may choose from when making a character: Elf, Urgal, Human, Dwarf, and Dragon. However, if you choose to be a Rider, you can make two characters, the Dragon and the Rider if you wish. Each person can make 3 characters, for now. If you choose to make a Rider and Dragon, however, the 3rd character cannot be a Rider or dragon. This may or may not change in the future.

Also, don't think you can start off as some uber-powerful Rider who has finished his/her training, and perhaps even has a few eldunari in their possession. Riders will start out at several stages. Students, elder students, and those who's dragon has just hatched. If you choose to be a non-rider elf/human/dwarf/urgal, you can, at a later date, ask to become a Rider.

If you choose Urgal, you may ask a mod if your character can be one of the elite Kull, member of the Urgal race. An explanation of each race will be posted later on. Also, for Sword skill, Magic skill, and mind skill, ask a mod for specifics on that. You can find a guideline for these listed in the intro as well. Also, if you wish to have sword skill, you can also have a secondary weapon skill, such as archery.

Don't try to claim your dragon is a 500yr old monstrosity, though. Contact Na mod for a confirmation before you give an age for your dragon. Same for elves/Riders.

Note: There are a few other races, but to make a character as one of those (namely Ra'zac or a Shade) you'll be picked randomly from among the best RPers.
